Spice Level: Medium - balanced but with character.

Cooking Instructions: Bake at 325°F, pan-sear or grill until golden brown and internal temp reaches 71°C (160°F).

Serving Suggestions: Toss into a tomato-garlic pasta, serve alongside roasted peppers & onions, or grill and serve with crusty bread and fontina.

Pairing Ideas: Chianti, full-bodied lager, or aged provolone.
