Our smaller diameter salami products are made with edible collagen casings. Our larger diameter salami products are made with non-edible collagen casings.

No, our sausages are preservative free. We do not use any nitrates, nitrites or phosphates in our sausages. Our salami products do contain nitrites and nitrates as required by law.

Our sausages are raw, they need to be cooked to the minimum internal temperature as stated on the label.

Sausages should be kept frozen until their intended use. We recommend using sausages within 12 months of the packed on date or by the best before date. Once removed from the freezer sausages should be used within 5 days.

No, unless stated otherwise on the label our salami products are shelf stable. We do recommend storing salami products in the refrigerator to ensure maximum shelf-life and freshness.
