Inspired by northern Italian fare, this is a spicier sausage combines whole-muscle pork with hot Calabrese peppers, rosemary, sage and copious amounts of red wine, garlic and onion. Gluten-free, handcrafted in Edmonton.

Spice Level: Hot, but still packed full of flavour.
Cooking Instructions: Bake at 325°F, pan-sear or grill until golden brown and internal temp reaches 71°C (160°F).
