Artisanal Salami Box (5 Stick)

Experience true old-world charcuterie, crafted locally in Alberta. Our Artisanal Salami Box features a curated selection of small-batch, dry-cured salami made using traditional fermentation and slow-curing methods. Each salami is seasoned with one of our in-house spice blends and carefully aged to develop deep, complex flavour and firm, slice-perfect texture. 

The 5 Stick salami box includes 160g sticks of:

Finocchiona - an absolute delicate treat with Calabrian fennel seed, Calabrian fennel pollen and red wine. 

Cacciatore - a hunter style salami featuring Calabrese peppers with hints of caraway and corriander. 

Soppressata - the salami our founder Steve grew up making, Calabrese pepper, garlic, red wine and time.

Spanish Chorizo - a classic Spanish style chorizo with Spanish smoked paprika, white wine and garlic. 

Landjager - a wonderful blend of lemon zest, allspice, caraway and black peppercorn.
