Our Maple Sage Bratwurst Sausage Rolls feature whole-muscle pork seasoned with maple syrup, sage, hot-smoked Spanish paprika, and nutmeg, wrapped in flaky golden pastry. Spice Level: Mild – warming and aromatic.

Cooking Instructions:
Bake from frozen at 425°F until pastry is golden brown and sausage reaches an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F), approximately 30-45 minutes depending on your oven. Note, sausages have been fully cooked before preparing the sausage rolls. 

Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy on their own or with maple syrup, maple butter, serve alongside eggs and fruit for brunch, or add to a breakfast board with cheeses and fresh pastries. Also great as a dinner appetizer or afternoon snack!
