Sausage Rolls - Chorizo Verde Chicken (6 Rolls)

A unique take on the classic sausage roll featuring our Chicken Chorizo Verde Sausage. Crafted with fresh tomatillos, toasted chilies and a vibrant blend of coriander, cumin and cilantro wrapped in a flaky golden pastry these delivery a bright, herbaceous flavour with just the right amount of heat. Like all Fuge products our sausage rolls are crafted in small batches for unbeatable flavour and quality.

Ingredients & Features
• Ground chicken thighs
• Tomatillos
• Toasted Chilies
• Coriander, cumin, garlic, onion
• Flaky puff pastry
• Small-batch made

Spice Level: Medium with a nice smoky finish.

Cooking Instructions:
Bake from frozen at 425°F until pastry is golden brown and sausage reaches an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F), approximately 30-45 minutes depending on your oven. Note, sausages have been fully cooked before preparing the sausage rolls. 

Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy on their own or try them with some lime crema or salsa verde!

Perfect with Mexican style lager, margaritas, pineapple salsa or fresh salsa verde.
