I particularly don’t like big chunks of meat in a sausage, more grounded will be better.

The green chorizo sausage is too spicy, I am from Mexico and I have tried green chorizo before and in Mexico we don’t make our meat spicy, the spice is in the salsas not in the meat. Green chorizo has poblano peppers which tend to be mild and not much spices. Update the recipe. As for the chicken sausage I don’t like big chunks of chicken it would be better grounded.

This was enjoyed by all that ate it and are looking forward to the others varieties we purchased. Fuge Sausage flavour is above the other sausages we have eaten over time. Looking forward to trying even more of their delicious sausage types soon
