Italian Fennel - Pork Sausage Coil (1kg)

By far and away the best sausage in Edmonton, nothing comes close to Fuge. Have not had a bad sausage out of the nine kinds I've tried.

Having these as I review. Just had to! What a flavourful blend of spices. Will be picking these up again at the 104 street market for sure.

We loved the fennel sausage ring. Great flavor, lots of food.

Too spicy, I know this chorizo is Mexican, and I am from Mexico and our meat is not spicy, longaniza is a tiny bit spicy as for sausages. I think the recipe should be improved.
