Sweet N' Heat Jerky Stix start with lean Alberta beef, hand-sliced and seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, our signature spicy seasoning blend, and brown sugar. Jerky Stix are smoked low and slow with hickory for over three hours to develop their rich, smoky flavour, and soft, tender texture.
NOTE: Bulk packs are made to order when we are packaging Jerky Stix. There may be a 7-10 day lead time for us to fill any bulk orders depending on the production schedule.
